Catalyst and Bank of Ireland to run Future of Work Solutions Summit

  • Catalyst Inc and Bank of Ireland have teamed up to run the Future of Work Solutions Summit on May 29th, bringing together around 500 business, education, and HR leaders.

    The Future of Work Solution Summit has been announced for May 29th at ICC Belfast at the Waterfront, with talks from influential guest speakers in the business world. The keynote address will be given by influential management consultant and author of "Reinventing Jobs" Ravin Jesuthasan, with additional talks from other internationally recognised speakers.

    The summit will tackle tough questions on the "Future of Jobs," "Growth and Learning," and "Leading the Change," with the goal of equipping today's leaders with the tools they'll need for the future jobs market. It's aimed at business leaders, educators and talent development specialists and will cover everything from preparing the next generation of young people for industry to re-skilling existing talent as the world continues to adapt to new technology.

    Catalyst's Director of Innovation Community Elaine Smyth spoke of the need for this summit: "The opportunity has never been greater for businesses in Northern Ireland to scale and compete globally as they embrace automation and upskill their workforce. This Summit has been designed to provide businesses with global insights and inspiration, along with tools to help them realise a step change in their own performance and productivity to thrive in the fast-paced world of work."

    Tickets for the event are on sale now for the early price of £120 + VAT, a deal that ends on 31st March.
