Options launches new Options University training academy

  • Global finanical cloud provider Options has announced the launch of a new Options University training scheme based in Belfast that will benefit all of its employees worldwide.

    In today's competitive tech job marketplace, companies that offer extensive training opportunities to their staff often pull ahead of the pack. It's good news then for staff at financial cloud provider Options, as the company has just launched its new Options University in-house technical training and development academy.

    The learning centre is based in the company's new state-of-the-art facilities in its recently expanded Belfast headquarters, and classes are streamed live to Options staff around the world. The first university semester began on February 4th with a lesson entitled "An Introduction to Infrastructure Automation" and will continue with modules in Python scripting, structured data, expression in Python, script writing, and programming.

    Options is a leading provider of private financial cloud systems for the global capital markets, providing managed services and infrastructure products to major financial institutions worldwide. The company has offices in in Belfast, London, and New York, and hopes that this new training system will be of significant benefit to staff in all locations who need supplemental training or wish to retrain within the company.
