Digital DNA Awards: Clock ticking for entry to NI’s most prestigious technology competition

  • Digital DNA Awards are edging closer and closer, with the closing date for entries just around the corner, it has been announced that the top prize – Company of the Year, will be voted by the public.

    The awards, powered by MCS Group are the biggest awards dedicated to the technology and digital sector in Northern Ireland, taking place on 28 March in St. Anne’s Cathedral, unearthing the best innovation and talent within companies of all sizes.

    TV Presenter, Zöe Salmon will be presenting this year’s ceremony alongside local comedian Shane Todd. After four years the well-established awards are a highly anticipated event across the tech community. Simon Bailie states that this year the interest is significantly higher than previous years with, competition forecasted to be higher than ever before.

    “Digital DNA continues to be at the forefront of the business and technology community as we continue to champion the digital and tech talent here in Northern Ireland: from start-ups to multinationals; the best young people in the sector; developers who stand out amongst the crowd, as well as the teams who have created world-class solutions right here in Northern Ireland”, positively commented, Simon Bailie, CEO of Digital DNA.

    Brendan Monaghan, CEO Neueda, Digital DNA Company of the Year 2018, positively stated that the award was a “wonderful reflection on every member of the Neueda team… to receive this special recognition amongst our peers was a wonderful reflection on every member of our team”.

    Entrants must submit their entries prior to 31 January, with the increased competition this year the stakes are high.
