Tech firm Neueda expands presence in southern Irish market

  • Belfast-headquartered tech company Neueda has appointed experienced IT professional Mark Dunne as Regional Account Director for Ireland as part of a strategy to grow its share of the southern Irish IT market.

Based in the company’s recently acquired Neueda Ireland office in the International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) in Dublin, Mark will be responsible for driving the company’s specialist digital services to the public and private sectors and within capital markets in the Republic of Ireland. Mark has significant IT experience, having previously worked with Cognizant and Capgemini in the UK and Ireland.

An international tech firm with expertise in helping organisations improve operations, drive efficiencies, innovate and transform through digital solutions, Neueda’s services range from enterprise integration, legacy system modernisation and data services, through to complex digital transformational projects.

Speaking about the appointment, Neueda Sales and Marketing Director Peter Russell said: “In recent years, Neueda has developed a significant presence within the southern Irish market across all our target sectors. We recognised the opportunities to grow this existing business and further expand our customer base by having a physical presence on the ground and are delighted to have Mark Dunne bring his expertise to spearhead this growth.”

Mark Dunne believes that data services and specialist fintech expertise represent two of the key opportunities for Neueda in the south of Ireland: “We believe there is excellent potential to grow our data services offering within the ROI market particularly. Organisations increasingly want a better view of their data that allows them to use predictive analytics, artificial intelligence and machine learning to enhance how they operate. Neueda’s breadth of expertise in this area will continue to be a major driver for our business moving forward,” Mark Dunne said.

“Neueda helps capital markets firms evolve their technology assets in the electronic trading, exchange and regulatory landscape. Our specialist knowledge of that area will also play a major part of our growth strategy on an all-Ireland basis,” Mark added.

Neueda plans to appoint a full-time team of Dublin based staff over the coming months.
