A collective of technology experts has launched Belfast’s first AI-driven recruitment agency with ambitious plans to revolutionise the recruitment agency model.
Spearheaded by Phil Gamble, Ryan Quinn and Aaron Somers, who possess almost 50 years of combined technology and recruitment experience, Ocho places the latest AI-technology at the core of its operations.
Ocho's cutting-edge AI platform automates the recruitment process and provides personalised journeys, status updates and scheduling tools. The company enters the market having secured multiple exclusive partnerships and an exciting international partnership that will be revealed over the coming weeks.

Ocho founder Ryan Quinn, who possesses 19 years of recruitment experience following a career as a Java developer, said: “Coming from a tech background, we always felt the process of finding talent and applying for roles could be better.
