The Web Bureau Ltd is an award winning full service digital agency. We specialise in engaging website design, tailored Content Management Systems, eCommerce growth and digital marketing strategies that take clients further.Due to continued growth, we wish to appoint an eCommerce Specialist to work with our eCommerce clients, developing and implementing growth focused digital strategies.
Working closely with the Account Management and Digital Marketing team, you will be responsible for the development of key eCommerce accounts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, execute and manage eCommerce strategies for Web Bureau clients focusing on customer acquisition, conversion & retention
Plan and implement conversion focused digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels including; Google Ads (Search/Display/Shopping/Gmail/YouTube), Paid social advertising, Third-party marketplaces and Email marketing
Merchant Centre management of shopping feeds
Continual testing and optimisation of campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment for the client
Ongoing client management, working closely with the Account Management team
Ongoing campaign analysis and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics, Business Manager, Twitter Ads with the ability to use insights to inform future activity
Drafting performance reports and outlining recommendations for improvement to the client
Producing insights and reports to assist the sale team with new business opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 years eCommerce or PPC experience
Demonstrable experience of developing and delivering successful eCommerce growth strategies
Ability to work independently and as part of the wider Web Bureau team
Confident in leading client communications and developing lasting client relationships
Excellent analytical skills
