Set along the shoreline of Bangor, where stories have always travelled as freely as the tide, TEDx Bangor invites you to step into a space where ideas are shared with purpose. Under the theme “Share Your Story,” this inaugural event brings together voices from across Ards and North Down and beyond—spanning disciplines, perspectives and lived experiences. Rooted in the TEDx belief that ideas can change lives—and ultimately, the world—this event celebrates the power of communication to connect, challenge and inspire.
Hosted in the SPACE Building at SERC, TEDx Bangor is grounded in community while reaching outward, creating a platform for ideas that resonate far beyond our coastline. Whether drawn from innovation, personal journeys, science, creativity or social impact, each story reflects the transformative potential of sharing openly. As we prepare to unveil our speakers and programme, we invite you to be part of something new—something that begins here, but carries far beyond it.
